Job Description

This consultant will support the design and implementation of Kinaxis as a supply planning tool. They will serve as a subject matter expert during the design phase, helping validate system functionality, business requirements, and planning processes. The individual will conduct data validation activities, perform UAT and BAT testing, and verify that planning outputs align with expected results. They will also assist in creating SOPs, developing training materials, and supporting user adoption efforts as the organization transitions to the new platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Kinaxis experience with the ability to serve as a subject matter expert for supply planning processes.
• Experience supporting Kinaxis implementations, enhancements, or large-scale transformations.
• Experience with data validation and understanding the underlying Kinaxis system architecture and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to validate system design, outputs, and planning logic to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
• Knowledge of S&OP / IBP processes and their impacts during transformation initiatives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using SAP APO to create forecasts
Experience creating training documentation, SOPs, and end-user materials
Exposure to supply chain planning transformation programs
