Job Description
The Quality & Compliance Audit Analyst will support Project Osprey by executing audit-related activities, managing audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards and procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions to gather, validate, and organize audit documentation. The analyst will serve as a key liaison between Quality & Compliance leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring audit requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in audit support, compliance, quality assurance, customer service operations, or related business functions.
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
