Senior Digital FI Innovation Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Digital FI Innovation Analyst to join one of our largest Consumer Health Client's Digital Finance Innovation team. This individual will support enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and finance transformation initiatives by leveraging Anaplan and or other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms.

This is not a traditional FP&A role and it is not a pure developer role. The ideal candidate understands finance planning processes and has hands-on experience building, enhancing, or supporting planning solutions within Anaplan or similar platforms.

The key differentiator for this role is actual model-building experience. Candidates should be able to clearly explain what they built, how they built it, and the business value it delivered.

• 6-10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, FP&A, Enterprise Planning, or Finance Technology

• Hands-on experience building, modifying, configuring, or enhancing planning models

• Experience with one or more of the following:
○ Anaplan
○ OneStream
○ Hyperion
○ Oracle PBCS
○ SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
○ IBM Planning Analytics
○ Other enterprise planning solutions

• Strong understanding of:
○ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
○ Forecasting
○ Budgeting
○ P&L Planning
○ Cash Flow Planning
○ Resource Planning

• Experience working directly with Finance and business stakeholders

• Ability to clearly articulate:
○ What was built
○ How it was built
○ Why it was built
○ Business impact achieved

• Anaplan Model Builder Certification
• Experience supporting global finance organizations
• Exposure to SAP, SAP BW, Azure, Databricks, Business Objects, or Power Platform

• Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives

• Experience working within Consumer Health, Life Sciences, or large enterprise environments
