Job Description

We are looking for a senior project manager with strong GXP validation experience to lead a highly visible service now quality systems initiative within a pharmaceutical organization. This individual will be responsible for driving a critical enterprise project focused on implementing invalidating service now workflow used for quality management, testing, incident management, and compliance processes.

The project is currently undergoing a reset and requires an experienced leader who can partner with business stakeholders, manage external vendors, and ensure successful execution across a complex, cross functional environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Eight years of project management or more
Experience with service now, implementations or platform enhancements
Significant experience leading GXP regulated projects within a pharmaceutical or life science organization
Demonstrated experience managing validation, activities, and deliverables
Strong understanding of FDA, regulated environment, environments, and quality processes
Experience working with quality, compliance, manufacturing, IT stakeholders
Proven ability to manage complex vendor, relationships, and drive performance
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Abilities to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and navigating challenging, stakeholder dynamics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background, supporting quality systems, validation, regulatory, or compliance initiatives
PMP certification
