Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a project manager to support one of our largest pharmaceutical clients to join their supply chain organization within customer service and channel operations. The project manager will be primarily responsible for managing IT project activities that will improve reliability and accuracy of our EDI datasets including ingestion, master data integration, configurations & setup, and system testing.



Lead projects to support system upgrades and enhancements. Lead and support implementation of projects, ensuring clear and timely communication on status to key stakeholders. Ensure project adherence to all policies, procedures, regulations, and quality compliance (SOX, Cybersecurity) to be ready for internal and external audits. Collect, prioritize and document user requirements with clear acceptance criteria; translate into user stories and solution requirements for technical teams. Investigate and research to resolve issues, present the data and effectively communicate action plan and resolution to affiliates and leadership, as required. Develop deep knowledge of data sources processes, EDI connections, internal systems, and our data environment. Support with ongoing maintenance of EDI data tools, including escalating missing files and supporting with Master Data Change tasks.

30 hours will be dedicated to project management
10 hours will be dedicated to maintenance of the current tool
