Insight Global is seeking an IT Application Analyst III – Epic Resolute HB Generalist. This individual will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Epic Hospital Billing solutions to support revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in Epic HB, capable of independently translating complex billing requirements into scalable system configurations, and passionate about improving workflows through data-driven insights. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in system upgrades and enhancements, and providing SME-level guidance to ensure operational excellence and strong user adoption.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of Epic Hospital Billing (HB) experience in an IT environment
• Strong experience configuring and building Epic HB modules (charge capture, billing work queues, GL, fee schedules, etc.)
• Ability to translate business requirements into Epic system configurations
• Experience working with Revenue Cycle operations and business stakeholders
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Charge Router Certification
• Hospital Billing Charging Administration Certification
• Home Health (Dorothy) Billing experience/certification
• Hospice (Comfort) Billing experience/certification
• Experience with SlicerDicer, Revenue Guardian, SBO, reporting, extracts
• Automation/process improvement experience
Prior experience mentoring junior analysts
