Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant with strong Workday Studio and Orchestrate expertise to design, develop, and support complex integrations across enterprise systems. This role will focus on evaluating business requirements and delivering scalable integration solutions leveraging Workday's integration framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Evaluate requirements and determine optimal solution approaches across Workday tools.
• Hands-on experience with Studio, XSLT (3.0), and integration tools (e.g., Postman, Oxygen).
• Work with Workday data models, business objects, and reporting.
• Experience with PICOF/PECI and integration security.
• Optimize integration performance and follow Workday best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of Workday HCM experience.
• Hands-on Workday Studio development experience.
• Experience with Workday Orchestrate.
• Strong understanding of EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and Workday integration architecture.
• Experience with XSLT 3.0, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP services.
• Familiarity with PICOF, PECI, and integration security frameworks.
• Experience using tools such as Postman and Oxygen XML.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
