Job Description
The Implementation Consultant Sr is a client-facing role responsible for guiding customers through the full lifecycle of compensation cycle product implementations. Day-to-day responsibilities include project management, system configuration, client training, and cross-functional collaboration with internal product, success, and support teams. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in HR technology, compensation processes, and client advisory in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
