Job Description
This individual will be joining the Enterprise Risk Finance Technology organization and partnering closely with both business stakeholders and application development teams to support strategic finance technology initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, they will gather and document business requirements, analyze existing application functionality, create detailed technical documentation, and facilitate discussions between finance users and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives. They will spend a significant portion of their time translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting project delivery, and helping drive requirements through the software development lifecycle. This person should be a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills who is comfortable working across both functional and technical teams and willing to assist with testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ Business Analyst experience in a technology facing role, ideally app development
- Financial management / finance systems experience
- Ability to write clear technical documentation
- Ability to understand applications and how they work
Ability to partner with both business and technical teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Any ledger experience (ideally General ledger / GL experience)
- Willingness to support testing/Prior experience supporting application testing or UAT
Banking or financial services experience
