Job Description

BassTech International is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a Business Development Representative to help expand existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to be part of a collaborative, tight-knit team.
Unlike traditional sales positions, this role focuses heavily on account management, customer service, business development, and operational coordination rather than cold-calling or commission-driven sales.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, business development, or outside sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, highly collaborative office environment.
• Professional, personable, and team-oriented personality.
• Experience working within distribution, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, industrial products, or related industries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience selling within chemical, manufacturing, industrial, technical, or distribution environments.
• Technical background or experience supporting technical products.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Chemical Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
Experience managing both existing accounts and new business development efforts.
