Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Informatica Administrator for a leading enterprise client in the data and cloud technology space. This candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting both on-premises and cloud-based Informatica environments, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability. The role involves hands-on administration, automation, and CI/CD pipeline management while working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and cloud services. This is a highly technical role ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys driving efficiency through automation and modern cloud practices.
• Administer and support Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC environments
• Configure, upgrade, and maintain Secure Agents
• Set up and manage projects, folders, connections, and user roles
• Perform code migrations across Orgs/SubOrgs
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for deployments
• Troubleshoot and monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Ansible, and shell scripts
• Collaborate with cloud teams to manage Azure integrations and services
• Ensure system stability, security, and compliance across environments

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC (IICS/IDMC Admin)
• Hands-on experience managing on-prem and cloud Informatica environments
• Experience configuring and upgrading Secure Agents
• Expertise in Informatica Cloud Administration
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Experience with Python scripting
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation
• Experience with Oracle and SQL databases
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
• Experience managing roles, permissions, folders, and connections in Informatica
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Ansible for automation
• Familiarity with Node.js
• Experience integrating with Azure AD
• Monitoring experience with Autosys, Dynatrace, and Splunk
• Experience handling multi-org/sub-org migrations in Informatica
• Exposure to enterprise-scale data integration environments
