Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in parking system and technologies are looking for a Sales Executive in the New Jersey branch. This role operates as a territory-focused business development leader, responsible for identifying new on-street and off-street parking opportunities early in the sales cycle and driving them through close. On a daily basis, this individual generates leads, conducts client meetings, demos, and presentations, and develops tailored proposals that align their parking technology solutions to customer needs. They collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and project teams to build strategic pursuit plans, support RFP/RFI responses, and ensure successful deal execution. The role also involves maintaining and expanding an existing client base, tracking pipeline activity and market intelligence in Salesforce, and staying close to customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction. Overall, this is a highly consultative, client-facing sales position focused on influencing deals, driving revenue growth, and positioning them competitively in the market.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s related sales experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Able to work in a pressurized environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- IT literate, competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and smartphone savvy.
- Ability to assimilate complex documentation including blueprints, site plans, equipment specifications or maintenance instructions.
