Job Description
This is a hands-on lab role focused on supporting formulation work within the R&D team under one of our CPG clients. The team’s primary initiative right now is driving re-formulation efforts across existing products, and this individual will play a key role in that work. Day to day will be heavily centered around batching, testing (viscosity, pH, etc.), and formulation, along with documenting results and supporting broader lab activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and flexibility in prioritizing work based on urgency. The individual will work onsite 5 days/week in Princeton and receive direction on daily tasks from the team's Sr. Chemist, with training supported by the broader team.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Hands-on lab experience (testing, documentation, analyzing results)
- Ability to work in a lab environment onsite daily
- Strong organization and time management skills
