Job Description
One of Insight Global's customers is seeking a skilled Product Manager / Release Manager to join their team. Will be responsible for leading enterprise release governance, delivery transformation, and product execution processes supporting warehouse management and supply chain technology platforms. This role drives the transition from traditional project-based delivery models toward scalable
product-oriented operating frameworks, improving release quality, deployment velocity, cross-functional alignment, and operational stability across enterprise distribution systems. The role serves as a key leader coordinating Product Management, Engineering, Testing, Operations, Delivery, and Support teams to establish repeatable release management processes, governance standards, and deployment readiness practices supporting both ongoing platform enhancements and large-scale transformation initiatives. This includes Release Management and Governance, Product Operations and Delivery, Testing and Deployment Readiness, etc. responsibilities such as;
- Own enterprise release governance processes across WMS and related supply chain platforms
- Manage release calendars, deployment coordination, dependency tracking, and release readiness activities
- Establish standardized release intake, prioritization, approval, and communication processes
- Coordinate cross-functional release activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams
- Improve release predictability, deployment quality, and operational stability
Support enterprise roadmap execution and enhancement prioritization processes
- Facilitate intake and evaluation of product enhancements, defects, and operational improvement requests
- Coordinate cross-team planning activities and product delivery alignment
- Develop operational KPIs, release metrics, and delivery performance reporting
Partner with Testing leadership to establish release validation and regression testing standards
- Coordinate planning, deployment readiness reviews, and hypercare support activities
- Ensure operational support teams are aligned and prepared for production deployments
- Support risk management and mitigation planning for major releases and platform changes

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in Product Management, Release Management, Program Delivery, or Agile Transformation roles
Experience supporting WMS, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise SaaS platforms (experience with Manhattan Active is ideal)
Familiarity with enterprise release management tooling and Agile planning frameworks
Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within enterprise technology organizations
Experience managing enterprise software release cycles and cross-functional delivery coordination
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing governance, and release management practices
Excellent organizational leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience working across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Support organizations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SAFe, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management certifications preferred
