An employer is seeking a Payments Delivery Lead for a large financial client sitting in Jersey City, NJ. The Payments Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal payments-related initiatives and projects across this client's technology and operations landscape. This role ensures the successful delivery of projects by aligning stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining visibility into delivery progress, risks, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business, technology, and operations teams, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and compliant with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in project/program delivery within banking or financial services
Proven experience leading internal projects across cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of payments systems (ACH, wires, cards, real-time payments, etc.)
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
