Job Description
Insight Global is looking for someone to work as an Accounting Clerk for one of our non-profit clients located in Bloomfield, NJ. This person will have great communication, strong Excel, and QuickBooks experience.
Some Responsibilities include:
- Analyze and process Accounts Payable
- Prepare and review Bank/Amex reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly mileage reimbursement
- Compile various Agency reports and reconciliations as needed

Required Skills & Experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong Excel experience
- Some knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Web enables applications required
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Non-Profit background is a plus
