Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an Power BI Developer for one of its leading customers in the life sciences space. The Power BI Developer's role is to translate existing technical and functional requirements from Visier into scalable, high-quality Power BI reporting solutions. In this role, you will work closely with technical product owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to design, build, and refine dashboards and reports that support enterprise decision-making. You will handle data transformation from multiple source systems, ensure reporting accuracy and performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver intuitive, user-friendly outputs tailored to leadership audiences.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years Power BI development experience building enterprise dashboards and reports
Strong experience translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions
Hands-on experience with data modelling, DAX, and data transformation across systems
Proven experience testing, validating, and optimizing report performance and accuracy
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a corporate environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting HR reporting or enterprise analytics initiatives
Exposure to Visier or similar workforce analytics platforms
