One of Insight Global's large retail clients is seeking an Anaplan Model Builder/ Architect to join their Store Systems team who will lead end‑to‑end model development and support across multiple implementations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model development, configuration, and support. Minimum of 3 Anaplan implementations required.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, particularly in Scrum, including participation in grooming and sprint planning sessions.
- Proficient in Anaplan's modeling environment, including lists, modules, dashboards, and workflows.
- Solid understanding of how to break down business requirements into stories and tasks for development.
o Proficiency in an Agile tool (e,g, Jira, Anaplan Way app etc.) for story and task estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong ability to deliver clean, well-tested, and optimized code.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior model builders in Anaplan best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, escalating only when necessary.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A desire to continuously learn and grow within the Anaplan platform.
- Experience with PlanIQ and Optimizer modules
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder, required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Anaplan Solution Architect and Master Anaplanner certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience in financial modeling, sales planning, or supply chain planning within Anaplan is a plus.
