Job Description

We are seeking a Hyland OnBase Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise content management and workflow solutions within a healthcare environment. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the OnBase platform, with a strong focus on integrations with Epic and other third-party systems.

Provide administrative support and ticket resolution for the OnBase platform, triaging and resolving issues via ServiceNow
Design, build, and maintain OnBase workflows, work queues, and automation processes to support operational efficiency
Support and manage OnBase integrations, including:

Epic integrations
HL7 interfaces
Third-party system integrations


Configure and maintain documents, document types (DIBs), and data input processes (DRIVs) within OnBase
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Collaborate with application, interface, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems
Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of the OnBase platform (current environment on version 25)
Document system configurations, workflows, and processes to support long-term maintainability

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase administration and support
Experience troubleshooting and resolving production tickets in a ServiceNow (or similar) environment
Experience building and maintaining: Workflows, Work queues, & Document management configurations
Understanding of HL7 interfaces and system integrations
Experience integrating OnBase with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support a high-volume ticket environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with OnBase version 25 (or similar recent versions)
Exposure to Epic (certification not required)
Experience with automation tools and process optimization
Knowledge of third-party integrations in a healthcare ecosystem
Current Hyland OnBase System Administrator certification
