Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project operations within a construction-focused environment. This role is highly administrative and will partner closely with Project Managers and Assistant Project Leads to ensure accurate payroll, billing, compliance tracking, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or construction support
Experience with certified payroll processing and compliance documentation (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with Points North, LCP Tracker, SAP, or similar systems
Understanding of construction workflows, documentation, and permitting processes
Experience supporting billing cycles, invoicing, or financial coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Process and manage certified payroll for projects (up to ~50 employees) using tools such as Points North, LCP Tracker, and SAP
Support billing operations, including:
-Assisting with submission of billing requests
-Following up on ESM tickets
-Coordinating with the Business Service Center (BSC)
Assist with permit tracking and coordination to ensure compliance with project timelines
Maintain and organize all project documentation, including:
-Closeout packages
-Warranty documentation
-Installation records
Support labor compliance reporting and ensure accuracy of certified payroll submissions
Provide general administrative support to Project Managers and project teams as needed
Track deliverables and ensure documentation is completed, submitted, and properly stored
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth execution of projects
