Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Delivery Engineer to join our high-performing agile software
development team. This crucial role will ensure the smooth delivery of customer's platform products and services while improving workflows within our Software
Development Lifecycle. As a Delivery Engineer, you will drive team performance,
encouraging continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. Your
responsibilities extend beyond typical Scrum Master duties, reflecting the dynamic
nature of modern Agile teams. You will report to the team's platform's Release
Train Engineer (Sr Manager Delivery Engineering) and partner to ensure total End-to-end
efficiency and effectiveness.
Open to candidates in India or EU.
If in India, working hours are 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST

Required Skills & Experience
* Scrum Master or similar Agile certifications are an advantage but not required.
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/ Business Analyst in Agile software
development environments.
* Good working knowledge of Jira Software.
* Good understanding of modern engineering practices.
* Knowledge of essential software development and quality assurance principles.
* Experience working in or managing multiple agile teams
* Strong communication, ability to drive strategy, and work as both a leader and team player
