Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Transformational Project Manager to support our largest Medical Device client. This role will be a short-term contract opportunity through the end of the year, and will be hybrid onsite 3x/week at either the Raritan, NJ or Cincinnati, Oh location.
This individual will deliver centralized portfolio management and execution oversight for the US Biosurgery Portfolio Transformation pilots by establishing structured governance, enabling consistent execution across five pilot workstreams, and synthesizing actionable insights to inform near-term decisions and the broader 2027 portfolio strategy. This includes:
• developing standardized reporting and dashboards
• identifying key performance drivers and barriers (e.g., pricing, education, adoption behaviors)
• providing data-driven recommendations to optimize pilot outcomes, support executive-level decision-making and guide scalable go-forward commercialization strategies.
Their day to day responsibilities will be:
• Lead day-to-day project management ensuring clear scope, milestones, deliverables, and accountable owners.
• Establish and maintain an execution cadence (workback plans, stakeholder check-ins, risk/issue tracking) for key deliverables.
• Establish learning capture feedback loops, including defined success metrics, structured collection of field/customer insights, and synthesis of lessons learned into recommendations for scale.
• Drive operational execution deliverables by escalating blockers and aligning decisions to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years’ experience in project/program management in a matrixed enterprise environment within marketing, sales operations, or commercial enablement or commercial workflows
• Experience in Data Analysis & Advanced Reporting in Excel (pivots, macros, visualizations), PowerPoint, and PowerBi (dashboards) to define pilot success metrics, track KPIs, and synthesize insights/lessons learned
• Atlassian Suite (Confluence & Jira) OR other project management tools
• Experience within medical devices/MedTech AND/OR hospital/healthcare ecosystem knowledge
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior JnJ (++++++ specifically ETH, Surgery, Biosurgery, Wound or Bio), Medical Device, Pharma or life science industry experience
• Atlassian RACI tool
• Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement training/certification
• Masters
