Job Description
The Program Manager will own end to end planning and execution of ecommerce and digital commercial programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to Verizon’s strategic objectives. This individual will partner closely with internal product, technology, design, and marketing teams to coordinate dependencies, manage timelines, and drive accountability across workstreams.
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining detailed program plans, managing sprint and milestone delivery, tracking risks and issues, and providing clear, concise status reporting to senior stakeholders. The Program Manager will apply PMO best practices to enforce governance, decision rights, and documentation standards while proactively identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and team performance.
In addition, this role will support continuous process improvement efforts, helping to standardize workflows, optimize resource utilization, and enhance execution across multiple concurrent ecommerce initiatives. The Program Manager is expected to operate as a trusted partner to business and technology leaders, bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to complex digital programs.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven Project Management Experience supporting large scale, web based and ecommerce commercial initiatives in an enterprise environment
• PMP certification (required) with demonstrated ability to apply formal PMO methodologies, governance, and reporting standards
• Strong hands on experience with Asana (or comparable work management tools) and Google Workspace for planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Exceptional cross functional leadership skills, with experience partnering across product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities, including status reporting, risk mitigation, and escalation management
