Insight Global is hiring a senior AI leader to partner closely with Johnson & Johnson’s Global Legal Organization to define and shape a cohesive, enterprise‑grade AI transformation strategy. This role will fundamentally reimagine how Legal operates by synthesizing existing initiatives and emerging opportunities into a clear, actionable game plan for execution, aligned to enterprise AI standards and sponsored by GLO leadership. Operating at an architectural and solution‑design level, the individual will work collaboratively with Legal leadership and CBT stakeholders to understand priorities and assess current AI pilots, platforms, and tools, including Legal Work Management solutions, knowledge management concepts, and intake or contracting workflows. The role will translate this assessment into a practical roadmap that balances near‑term value with long‑term capability building, while guiding the application of GenAI‑enabled legal workflows and advanced AI concepts such as agentic AI. This individual will bring informed perspective on how AI is being deployed across other corporate legal organizations, evaluate legal‑focused GenAI tools, and support large‑scale Legal modernization efforts, including AI‑enabled front‑end experiences within platforms such as ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Experience
• Senior‑level experience leading AI strategy or transformation initiatives within large, complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of the AI technology landscape, including GenAI, LLM‑based tools, knowledge retrieval, and AI‑enabled workflow automation
• Proven experience designing and implementing GenAI‑enabled legal workflows
• Deep familiarity with the Legal AI ecosystem and the ability to work closely with Legal leadership
Strong knowledge of agentic AI practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with legal‑focused GenAI platforms (e.g., Harvey AI, Ironclad AI, CoCounsel, Spellbook, or similar), including awareness of leading and emerging tools in the Legal AI market and their application within enterprise legal workflows
