Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative requests. You will act as the vital bridge between stakeholders and our creative engine, which includes an agency, internal designers, copywriters, and an offshore design team. Your mission is to ensure that every pixel and every word is delivered on time, on brand, and within the scope of our established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
• Intake & Workflow Management: Manage the full intake process for all creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete and actionable before they hit a creator's desk.
• Process Development: Develop and take ownership of a new process that ensures cohesion across all teams and easy management of each contributor’s bandwidth.
• Dual-Platform Orchestration: Serve as the power user for Asana (day-to-day creative task management) and JIRA (cross-functional alignment with technical or product teams).
• Resource Allocation: Balance workloads across internal staff and our offshore design team, ensuring production cycles are optimized and handoffs are seamless.
• Quality & SLA Accountability: Monitor project timelines and velocity to ensure we hit 100% of our SLAs. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks before they become delays.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Translate complex design feedback into clear, actionable tasks for the team while managing stakeholder expectations regarding timelines and capacity.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3–5+ years in project management within a creative agency or high-growth in-house design team.
• Platform Expertise: High proficiency in Asana (Rules, Portfolios, Workload) and JIRA (Tickets, Sprints, Backlogs).
• Design Literacy: A solid understanding of Figma (navigating files, checking version history, leaving comments) and a general grasp of design best practices and typography/layout terminology.
• Operational Mindset: You don’t just follow a process; you own it and continue to improve it. You should be comfortable building templates and refining workflows.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
