Job Description
A large pharmaceutical client is seeking a Scrum Master/ Project Manager to join their clinical supply chain team. This person will be joining a data analytics team supporting supply chain technology. It’s a hybrid Scrum Master / Project Manager position—not a pure Scrum role. They need someone who can guide Agile practices but also step in and drive execution when needed. They will be responsible for managing product backlog, release planning, and leading a team of developer/BAs. This person should be an experienced Scrum Master/ PM with experience over large enterprise platform projects. The role is 8 hours shift starting at 10:30 PM IST M-F.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working as a dual Scrum Master / Project Manager
- Backlog planning, release planning, ceremony oversight in a non traditional agile/ scrum environment
- Project Management background algining road maps and
drive project delivery across LOB initiatives—ensuring timelines, priorities, and dependencies are managed.
- Must be comfortable working in an Agile environment that is not textbook scrum
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience working with Jira
