Job Description

This role will serve as a dedicated Project Management Specialist focused exclusively on the needle component of a drug–device combination product, supporting acceleration of the CE Mark submission. They will be working at the project level alongside a cross-functional team, the individual will act as the right-hand partner to the Project Lead, owning and continuously refining the project schedule, driving milestones, and reporting status up and out to the broader program. Responsibilities include coordinating schedule & cross‑functional activities related to needle design, manufacturing, and design controls; ensuring alignment with clinical expert reports and regulatory expectations; and enabling efficient execution. The position is a 12‑month+ engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of project management experience within the medical device industry
-Project experience from start through launch
-Proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet
-Understanding of device design and manufacturing processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Combination device experience
-Local to Bridgewater NJ or Cincinnati OH
