Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Manager for a top enterprise client. This individual will serve as a single point of accountability for procurement activities across the organization, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive sourcing strategies, cost savings, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong contract negotiation skills, experience managing complex procurement initiatives, and the ability to influence senior leaders while delivering measurable business value. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful procurement projects across IT, Marketing, and Real Estate–related functions in a highly collaborative environment.
Day-to-Day:
Lead or support RFP processes, including requirement gathering and documentation
Identify, track, and report cost savings opportunities
Evaluate supplier proposals and perform comparative analyses
Review, negotiate, and manage purchasing contracts, identifying risks and opportunities
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
Conduct supplier performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze supplier spend data and procurement metrics to drive improvements
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and suppliers
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on procurement initiatives
Educate internal teams on procurement policies, tools, and best practices
Ensure compliance with purchasing guidelines and standards
Lead or contribute to cross-functional project teams addressing procurement needs

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role supporting IT / IT Marketing
Strong end-to-end procurement expertise (RFPs, sourcing, negotiations, implementation)
Proven experience utilizing contract management systems for reviewing and negotiating contracts
Experience managing procurement across multiple projects or lines of business
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience using Coupa
Real Estate industry background
