Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced individual to support the rollout of laptops for Statefarm locations. This role is based in the Integration Center and involves hands-on device preparation, logistics coordination, and quality assurance to ensure a smooth deployment aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Work onsite in the integration center to prepare devices for shipment.
-Remove stickers and excess packaging from devices
-Scan all device identifiers and discard OEM packaging.
-Labeling devices
-Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to manage inventory and order flow.

Required Skills & Experience

-Jr level IT experience (students okay)
-Reliability & Punctuality: Must consistently show up on time and follow through on tasks.
-Dependability: Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
-Experience: Prior hands-on experience with device setup, logistics, or similar tech rollouts.
-Warehouse Readiness: Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks -Standing for long periods of time.
-Attention to Detail: Capable of scanning identifiers, labeling accurately and ensuring packaging standards.
-Efficiency: Able to jump into the project immediately and meet tight deadlines.
-Communication Skills: Comfortable coordinating with sales and service teams.
- High School Diploma
