Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Connected Customer Experience Advanced Product Planning team, a small, highly collaborative group of three. This role will focus on gathering and documenting business requirements, managing vendor interactions, completing intake documentation, and partnering cross functionally to ensure product initiatives progress smoothly.
The Business Analyst will lead the early phases of the product lifecycle, working closely with Japanese counterparts and the Enterprise Program Management Office to drive alignment and execution. Key deliverables include process flows, user stories, and swim lane diagrams that guide product development. The role will also support design planning efforts by maintaining accurate and up to date Service Definition Documents (SDDs). Depending on priorities, this position may also contribute to market and exploratory research.
This team is in the process of evolving toward a more agile delivery model and currently operates in a hybrid environment between waterfall and agile. The ideal candidate is adaptable, comfortable with change, and able to support a team as processes mature. While this role will interface directly with the development team for clarification, a dedicated BSA is responsible for overseeing the execution of development tasks based on documented requirements.
This position includes after hours coordination calls every other Monday from 6:00–7:00 PM and every Wednesday from 6:00–7:00 PM.

5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Extensive experience using JIRA and Confluence
Experience creating - User stories, process flows and swim lanes
Experience working with 3rd party vendors
Experience working in a Hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) environment
