Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Data Modeler for a global consumer healthcare client. The Data Modeler will serve as the expert data resource responsible for designing and building the blueprint for how data flows across the business. You’ll work with customer, finance, and third party datasets to define clear relationships, create clean and standardized data models, and help harmonize the data environment so the business has one trusted source of truth. Your work will involve using Databricks (or similar platforms) to engineer data pipelines, and tools like Erwin or similar to visually model and document the structures behind them. You’ll lead complex data initiatives, collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and business stakeholders, and help guide decision making by balancing technology standards with real-world business needs. You are expected to operate independently, contribute innovative solutions, manage expectations at senior levels, and occasionally provide leadership or mentorship to team members and partners.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years total data engineering/modeling experience
5+ years data modeling experience, including technologies like Erwin or similar
Strong Databricks experience
CPG/Retail data expertise
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with data governance and metadata tools (i.e. catalogs, lineage
Cloud data architecture exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP)
