Job Description

This role owns and refines a backlog of Salesforce Service Cloud user stories by partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify functionality. The Business Analyst ensures stories are well-defined, complete, and ready for development, while collaborating closely with the Salesforce Developer to support backlog execution. The role also assists with testing and validation of enhancements and bug fixes, participates in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and supports ongoing documentation and process improvements as the Salesforce platform evolves.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role
Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong backlog grooming and user story writing skills
Familiarity working with Salesforce Flows from a functional perspective
Experience collaborating directly with developers in Agile environments
Comfortable assisting with functional and regression testing when needed
Azure DevOps or Jira experience
Excellent communication skills
Candidates local to Fort Worth TX are preferred for onsite collaboration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience filling a hybrid BA / light QA role
Experience working in small or lean delivery teams
