Job Description

This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining an existing Salesforce Service Cloud environment by working through a backlog of cleanup, enhancements, and net-new development. The developer will modify complex Flows on the Case object without impacting downstream functionality, collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements, and deliver improvements across case functionality, reports, dashboards, list views, and file management. The role operates in an Agile, two-week sprint cadence, includes running sprint demos, proactively raising risks and dependencies, and using DevOps tools for deployments and version control.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Demonstrated experience working with complex Salesforce Flow architectures
Experience modifying existing flows in large, interdependent Salesforce environments
Agile/Scrum experience (2-week sprint cadence)
Experience working directly with business stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to run sprint demos independently
Candidates local to Fort Worth TX are preferred for onsite collaboration
