Job Description
This role is responsible for managing exports of U.S.-based products to Johnson & Johnson affiliates, with a primary focus on shipments domestically and other international destinations. The position sits within an operational supply chain organization and partners closely with Planning, Distribution, Trade Compliance, Transportation, and internal order management teams to ensure compliant, timely, and efficient international order execution.
D2D:
Manage end‑to‑end export operations for U.S.-based products shipping to Johnson & Johnson international affiliates, with primary ownership of order execution and issue resolution.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Distribution, Transportation, and Trade Compliance teams to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate international shipments.
Own international order management activities within SAP and S/4HANA, supporting inventory alignment, documentation, and shipment readiness.
Serve as a key liaison for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving product, shipment, and compliance issues across platforms and portals.
Support strategic initiatives under Project Transcend and Margin Expansion, including cost reduction and process optimization across export and inbound freight models.
Leverage data and legacy team knowledge to drive process improvements, workload streamlining, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in supply chain, export operations, or global order management.
Hands‑on experience with SAP order management is a plus
Working knowledge of export processes, customs and trade compliance, and international logistics.
Experience partnering with planning, distribution, and transportation teams in an operational setting.
Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage issues across multiple teams and geographies.
