Job Description
The Outpatient Clinician will provide individual and group therapy services to adults ages 50 and older in an outpatient setting, supporting patients with a wide range of mental health needs, including mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, and age-related challenges. On a daily basis, this role conducts clinical assessments, develops and implements treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based therapeutic interventions while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed. The clinician will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, social workers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, make referrals, and ensure continuity of services. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and comfort working with diverse and potentially acute populations, along with timely documentation and a patient-centered, compassionate approach to care.

Required Skills & Experience
· 2+ years’ experience postgrad in any mental health related field
· Master’s degree in related mental health field
· Licensed in NJ (LCSW or LPC)
Experience working with the population over 50
