Job Description
The Infrastructure Engineer supports and enhances SaaS security and integration ecosystem, with a strong focus on platform administration, Python based integrations, and API automation. This role partners closely with Information Security, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and well documented solutions aligned to standards and vendor roadmaps.
• Configure and build SaaS platform solutions following modern security, integration, and architectural best practices
• Administer the platform including user/role management, security configuration, and integrations
• Onboard and maintain out of the box SaaS integrations
• Develop and support custom Python integrations using the vendor developer platform in a containerized environment
• Leverage platform APIs to automate functionality and improve operational efficiency
• Design integration patterns using modern data, security, and API standards
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests
• Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of strong experience working with SaaS platforms in a development and/or administration capacity
• Python development experience, including API integrations and automation
• Knowledge of security controls within SaaS platforms (user/role management, access control, integrations)
• Experience building and maintaining custom integrations and working with REST APIs
• Solid understanding of testing practices (unit, integration, functional) and Agile / TDD environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Security focused mindset with experience supporting SSPM or SaaS security tools (ex: AppOmni or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, or running jobs in AWS
• Familiarity with GitHub, DevOps automation tools, and modern SDLC practices
• Experience with testing tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, Selenium
• Financial Services or Insurance industry background
