Job Description
• Lead and oversee a portfolio of data‑focused programs and projects, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery across multiple initiatives
• Directly manage, coach, and mentor 4 Project Managers, driving accountability, consistency, and professional growth
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, timelines, and dashboards using Smartsheet and Jira
• Drive adoption and optimization of Agile delivery practices, ensuring teams are effectively using Jira and Confluence
• Partner closely with Data, Analytics, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and outcomes
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating as needed with clear visibility to leadership
• Provide executive‑level reporting and insights, translating delivery data into clear, actionable updates for senior leaders

Required Skills & Experience
• 10 + years with proven experience leading complex, enterprise‑level programs with multiple concurrent workstreams in data, analytics, or engineering environments
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including direct management and development of Project Managers, both onshore and offshore
• Deep, hands‑on expertise with Jira, Confluence, including building workflows, dashboards, and portfolio‑level reporting
• Strong ability to establish and enforce program governance, delivery standards, and escalation frameworks
• Experience delivering across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience integrating delivery tools (e.g., Jira + Smartsheet) to create end‑to‑end visibility across programs
• Background driving continuous improvement initiatives within a PMO or Data Services organization
Prior experience supporting or scaling Data Services, Data Engineering, or Analytics portfolios in large enterprises
