We are seeking a hands-on Agile Lead / Agile Coach who focuses on real execution over theory. This role requires someone who can translate high-level requirements into action, run effective Agile ceremonies, and confidently engage in executive-level conversations. The ideal candidate brings a strong Scrum/Agile background, a technical and testing foundation, and a forward-thinking mindset around using AI to enhance Agile delivery.
This is a talk + action role—coaching teams through real delivery scenarios, removing blockers, and improving speed and predictability, while thoughtfully applying AI tools to planning, execution, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban with a strong emphasis on execution.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable stories and tasks, tracked via JIRA/Kanban boards.
• Run efficient stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives focused on outcomes.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth, fast, and predictable delivery.
• Coach teams through real-world delivery scenarios, not theoretical Agile models.
• Present progress, risks, and metrics using JIRA and Confluence dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Plan and manage production deployments, including Change Requests (ServiceNow).
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.

AI & Modern Delivery Focus
• Apply AI thoughtfully to Agile execution, including:
o Using AI to support task planning, refinement, and prioritization in JIRA.
o Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and/or ChatGPT.
o Ability to explain how you’ve personally used AI to improve delivery, planning, or team efficiency.
• Exposure to AI in testing is a plus, but not required.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for tracking and reporting.
• Technical and/or testing background.
• Working knowledge of AWS or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, including comfort with executive-level conversations.
