Investigate data discrepancies and pricing variances by tracing issues across multiple data sources, contracts, and systems to identify root causes.
Support contract inquiry operations by responding to high‑volume pricing, eligibility, and roster inquiries from distributors and wholesalers (approximately 30,000 inquiries annually).
Validate customer and distributor pricing, eligibility, and contract alignment, ensuring all calculations and variables are accurately reflected across systems.
Perform audits and ongoing pricing updates to maintain data accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
Partner with internal stakeholders (contracts, pricing, rebate, and customer teams) to resolve discrepancies and communicate findings clearly.
Build and maintain Excel‑based analysis, reporting, and tracking tools to support metrics, audits, and decision‑making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, data gaps, and process inefficiencies.
