Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Workday Test Lead to lead a global payroll integration for one of its largest clients in the life sciences space. The Regional Payroll Testing Lead will own end‑to‑end payroll integration testing for a specific region (EMEA or APAC), including creation and execution of the regional test plan, coordination of 3–4 testers, and validation of data flowing from Workday to payroll vendors. This role is hands‑on, executing payroll‑impacting transactions in Workday, validating PECI outputs, reviewing results, managing defects, and partnering closely with Workday HCM, payroll vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and readiness. The role is fully remote, with delivery expected from resources located in the Philippines.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years' experience supporting Workday HCM and payroll testing in enterprise environments
Proven experience leading regional payroll integration testing, including ownership of test plans and execution oversight
Strong working knowledge of Workday PECI integrations, pay groups, one‑time payments, salary data, and pay-impacting fields
Hands-on experience testing payroll vendor integrations
Experience leading teams of testers, coordinating execution of high‑volume test scenarios across regions
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience testing ADP payroll or other global payroll vendors
Prior experience on global carve‑outs, vendor transitions, or payroll vendor cloning initiatives
