- Insight Global is seeking a Product Experience Panel Leader for a new product experience testing center in South Brunswick, NJ. The technician will support the panel for a special global project and work in the newly built testing space. This role includes scheduling tests, providing required information, and preparing for panel sessions—ordering products, confirming arrivals, flagging issues, and ensuring proper traceability of samples.

They must maintain strict testing controls (consistent temperature, color, size, and amount).
- Additional daily tasks include supporting sensory sessions by serving products/references, listening in on ratings, teaching participants how to use scales, and occasionally helping develop ballots. They may also help animate category reviews and training sessions. Lastly, they will ensure clean workspaces, manage stock, and grocery shop as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- The technician will collaborate with Product Experience Researchers to transfer insights and support product development by analyzing data under supervision. They will create acquisition sessions in software or on paper for routine sensory tests and deliver reports for routine discriminative tests following established guidelines. They will also assist with reporting for descriptive tests.
- The technician must keep IFF reference languages up to date (refreshing at least yearly), evaluate data quality (panel performance, consumer data checks, raw data cleaning), and maintain internal databases using pre-defined templates.
