Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as a trusted strategic partner, providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to the Chief Executive Officer of a medium-sized organization with multiple affiliated businesses. This role requires exceptional discretion, judgment, and organizational skill to effectively manage complex calendars, travel, communications, and priorities across both professional and personal domains. Acting as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, the EA ensures seamless coordination, tracks and drives follow‑through on key initiatives, prepares high-level materials, and proactively anticipates needs to optimize the CEO’s time and focus. The position also includes oversight of confidential matters, special projects, vendor coordination, and personal logistics, making it ideal for a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This individual will not only serve as an administrative layer of support, but more importantly a business strategist with the proven ability to be solution oriented and a creative thinker. Required Skills & Experience

-3-5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the c-level
-Experience supporting executives with responsibilities across multiple businesses and/or ventures
-Proven ability to manage both professional and personal executive support
-Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Suite such as Outlook & Excel
-Hands-on experience with AP/AR, bookkeeping, ACH processing, payroll (ADP), and general accounting support
-Ability to be flexible in schedule & work dynamic including occasional commuting between the NJ & NYC region

-Prior experience in a business strategy focused role
