Insight Global is supporting a client organization in the search for a Superintendent of Asset Management. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance, maintenance, and lifecycle of physical assets across a large, complex operational environment.
The Superintendent of Asset Management will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of asset management practices, with primary responsibility for mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure assets across facilities, pump stations, and collection systems. This role blends technical expertise, data-driven decision making, and people leadership, while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Safety, and Finance teams.
This position plays a critical role in asset reliability, risk mitigation, capital planning, and long-term operational sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance best practices.
Proficiency with CMMS platforms and enterprise systems (Oracle WAM or similar).
Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards (Power BI or similar).
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and database management concepts.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within one year preferred.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or ability to obtain within one year preferred.
Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) or ability to obtain within one year preferred.
