Job Description

Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce Sales & Revenue Cloud to support the final phase of a multi‑year enterprise Salesforce transformation. This role will partner closely with a Senior Product Manager, Engineering, Salesforce Administrators, and business stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and client management teams. Day to day, this individual will document and refine current‑state and future‑state workflows, translate operational needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and support configuration and enhancement efforts within Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud. The analyst will assist with integration documentation and data flow mapping, coordinate UAT and testing activities, and help ensure data integrity and platform governance. This role will also focus heavily on platform adoption and operationalization by supporting onboarding efforts, developing workflow documentation and training materials, capturing user feedback, and helping standardize processes across teams. Success in this role requires someone who is detail‑oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and confident challenging inconsistent workflows while operating within a complex, governed enterprise environment.
Pay Starting at $54/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Salesforce Admin Cert - Salescloud
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (including CPQ concepts)
• Strong experience translating business processes into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting enterprise CRM implementations or platform transformations
• Solid understanding of sales lifecycle management (lead → opportunity → quote → revenue)
• Ability to translate operational and business language into structured technical requirements
Comfortable operating in complex, enterprise environments with governance and change management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with API concepts and system integration patterns
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence, including exposure to backlog tracking, documentation, and collaboration workflows
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Cert
