Insight Global is looking for a program coordinator for one of their healthcare clients in Middlesex County NJ. This person oversees and supports a night‑shift behavioral health screening team responsible for assessing minors and adults presenting in crisis through the emergency room or as walk‑ins, which serves as the sole point of entry for evaluation. Provides daily supervision and operational oversight for screeners and mental health specialists, managing schedules, assigning cases, answering phones, and ensuring timely assessments to determine involuntary inpatient commitment or safe discharge. Coordinates staff coverage and movement between locations as needed, conducts performance oversight, and ensures team members are properly trained on screening workflows through on‑the‑job, on‑site training provided by UBHC. Maintains a strong working knowledge of the screener role to support high‑acuity crisis response and patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Master's degree in related mental health field
• 4+ years' experience in post graduate experience in related community mental health and/or case manager work
• License in LCSW, LPC or LMFT
• Must have valid driver's license
1 year of supervisory experience
