Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Program Director for one of its top social services clients in the NJ area. This Assistant Program Director will be responsible for providing program management including supervision of staff in carrying out direct service activities pertinent to the goals of the program. Making sure UAC youth are housed in the appropriate level of care and ensuring staff ratios and appropriate services are provided. Serves as secondary liaison with ORR. The need for an Assistant Program Director will vary depending on the number of unaccompanied children served at a care provider facility.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years minimum of supervisory experience
- 3 years minimum of administration experience
- Bilingual language fluency in English and Spanish
- 3 years minimum program administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, sociology or other relevant behavioral science plus 5 years of progressive employment experience with a social services or childcare agency or organization.
