Job Description
A large Automotive client is seeking a Full-Stack Technical Lead to join their growing team. This individual will lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and technical delivery of scalable, maintainable software across both front‑end components and back‑end services, ensuring each solution aligns with user requirements and broader business goals. This person is expected to blend hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, providing mentorship to developers while also contributing directly to coding, testing, and architectural decision‑making. This individual will serve as the primary technical representative for delivery efforts, producing clean, well‑documented code, implementing responsive designs, and ensuring cross‑platform compatibility. This role conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and perform unit and integration testing to maintain software quality and reliability. This individual will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, compliant user experiences and will manage deployments and configurations within AWS environments, with potential involvement in Oracle Cloud. This individual will maintain relational databases and build data access layers using JPA and EclipseLink, while optimizing application performance and ensuring adherence to security standards. They will troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms, design and implement REST and SOAP integrations, and work with architects, developers, product owners, and testers to align on priorities and deliver cohesive functionality. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools, stay current with emerging technologies, and participate fully in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. This role requires you to be onsite in Camden NJ 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience as Full Stack Developer
3-5 years of experience leading software development teams as Team Lead.
Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript for cross-platform development.
Strong proficiency in Java, JSP, and Spring (Spring Boot) frameworks.
Experience with Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit for iOS development.
Knowledge of Kotlin for Android development.
Expertise in Apache Tomcat and application server configurations.
Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and ORM frameworks (JPA, EclipseLink).
Experience with AWS and other cloud environments, with Oracle Cloud as a nice to have.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration with back-end services.
Proficiency with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to lead technical discussions and advise on architectural decisions.
Experience fully leading the technical delivery for a large enterprise, customer-facing application.
