Job Description

• Support marketing and creative teams in the development and execution of promotional programs and campaigns
• Conduct basic research to support marketing initiatives and prepare supporting documentation
• Create, edit, and format marketing materials and internal documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Provide logistical support through planning, scheduling, and coordination of marketing activities
• Assist with multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks progress according to timelines
• Manage task administration, including submitting requests, tracking progress, and coordinating shipments
• Ensure marketing requests are properly documented, tracked, and completed in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment on deliverables
• May provide guidance or oversight to junior resources as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing support, creative operations, or a similar coordination role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting marketing or creative teams in a professional environment
• Ability to plan, organize, and accomplish tasks using prior experience and established processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under the direction of a manager while taking ownership of assigned tasks
