Job Description
· Develop compelling visual concepts and designs for packaging, promotional materials, and brand assets
· Manage projects from initial brief through final production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
· Works closely with managers and collaborates with cross‑functional teams including marketing, sales, purchasing and production, as well as outside vendors
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
· Prepare press-ready files and proofs for digital, offset, and flexographic printing
· Create high‑quality virtuals, physical mockups, photography, and illustrations for a wide range of applications, including web layout
· Review all work with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
· Provide creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers as needed
· Maintain awareness of industry trends, materials, and production techniques

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
· Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on print and packaging
· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
· Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, craftsmanship, and production‑ready work
· Ability to juggle a fast-paced environment and flex to accommodate changing priorities
· Deep understanding of package design, die lines, proofing, printing processes, color management, illustration and photography
