Job Description
The Senior Experience Specialist is responsible for bringing brand vision and offers to life across the upper funnel of our digital experiences. This role partners closely with internal teams and external agencies to concept, produce, and deliver high quality web content from initial idea through implementation. The ideal candidate is an experienced online content producer with a strong eye for design and copy, excellent cross functional collaboration skills, and a proven ability to manage complex workflows across multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience with online digital content production, with a strong background producing digital or web content
• Demonstrated success working cross functionally with product, delivery, program, design, legal, brand, and implementation teams
• Experience partnering with external agencies and managing approvals from conception through launch
• Strong understanding of digital design and copy, with the ability to evaluate what will resonate and perform
• Hands on experience with Jira, Asana, and Figma (or similar tools)
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Clear communicator who can navigate complex feedback and move work forward efficiently
